Did all of the items you noted pass into law? In 3 months? If not, you should have grouped them to show what is still being considered.
Yes, with the exception of the last two points on housing, which remain under consideration:
Legalizing affordable housing on church property
Reducing unnecessary parking restrictions
Thanks for your reply. That is astounding, isn't it? Virginia was a reliably red state until 2008. Those transplants from the Northeast who settled in Northern VA made it blue.
