Knowing Trump, he's not going to just give up on the ballroom. Senate parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough only put up a road block which Trump will try to drive around.
Democrats should promise that any self-aggrandizing Trump project will be demolished and that Trump assets will be impounded to pay for the demolition AND for the restoration of the original sites. This would actually be popular among voters.
